Which colour wire on the loom do you connect to the spare wire on the bulb holder. I tried the 2 greens and nothing happened. Thanks |

Don't remember the colour but just switched on the indicator and checked for live with a multimeter. If you really get stuck I can take the lights out and have a look. |

No idea - multimeters are a couple of quid off the bay. I can only say what I did on mine and I had two wires to connect. |

Had a look at mine last night & would assume they are all the same??
Once you have removed the light lens, you will find the plug you can disconnect. In the plug left attached to the car i found the live was the top right cable - green with black dots - on both sides.
I ran a cable just to test from there to the cable from the bulb holder that had been cut & hey presto i have lights. Will do a proper job on it in the next few days & then have a look at the indicators.
Am going to try to buy a bulb holder for the indicator thats smaller than the holder size so i have a bit of leeway when fitting it in.
Finding the wiring & running that up from the existing will be the difficult bit.
Also need to sort out the number plate lights as only have one working & the other has just rusted away, so going to have to find a solution to that. |
