So again, tried to quote 4x4tyres  and propose me 33/12.50r15 with rims 15" 8", saying that should fit , but as I read a lot on this forum I'm still confused .  Don't want to do any modifications or cuttings, unless torsion bars adjustment.

Just had a set of 33s-12.5 fitted on 8 inch wide, 15 inch wheels on a standard pajero with the winter pack factory lift and they fit fine with no modification needed. I have done some light off roading and had no issues.  The tyres fit perfectly in line with the arch too and looks much better than stock wheels. Hope this helps.

Did you get the wheels you were looking at? I'm hoping to get some this week but not sure what wheel size to go for. 33 in tyre but what wheel size?
