shogun 2007 3.2 did headlight bulb

hi, got a 2007 3.2did, headlight bulb blown, do you change the bulb or the headlight, cos there are nummers available. been told its zeon then the other hand you can change the bulb. it was changed by the garage back in feb last year for mot, cos its getting close to it again, so need it done.
