hi
i wonder if anyone can help. the 80 amp fuse on my sport 2.5 td keeps blowing  obviously causing the battery to go flat and central locking not working, i was advised that id need a new alternator so i purchased a refurnished one from mitzybits. however after installation im still having the same problem, i had an auto electrician out today and he said its a faulty battery, i swapped batteries and he installed a makeshift fuse until i get a replacement tomorrow, all worked fine whilst i was out drivin, howver this evening ive noticed the central locking isnt again and the battery meter on the dash is starting to drop below 12 volts. looks like its the same problem .. can anyone help.. im starting to get miffed..

Is it the 80 amp fuse for the glow plugs? if so then suspect a fault on the glow plug circuit which is the glow plug relay and the glow plugs themselves.
