hi all, ive just purchased an old 95 shogun 3.0 v6 with no history, sounds daft i know but with 10 months MOT and only 140000 on the clock i think it was worth the money for a work horse that i may only need for 8 months or so. after this i may consider a bit of off roading. now i don't want the thing to just pack up on me so i wondered what jobs would be best to do?
i was thinking first and foremost to get the cam belt and water pump changed?
there is an advisory for pitted rear discs so do them next along with perhaps an oil and filter change.
after that im not sure, thought it best to do mechanical stuff first before suspension and body lift etc.
any pointers much appreciated and any guidance on associated costs would be great, cheers.
