i don't know if this is a quirk of the auto box as its my first automatic ,but at low speeds say when turning left gear seems to hold in third when i think it should be in second, then seems slow to accelerate as its in to lower gear,no problems when using tiptronic and selecting gears and always moves through second although only briefly when auto changing up,seems like it misses second on downchange,i can actually see it skip second gear if in tiptronic mode when slowing down in third gear,it holds third until about 7 mph then down changes straight to first,is this normal or could it be transfer switches.

In tiptronic mode it changes down at around 1400 RPM and this would be the first port of call.
