Hey folks hoping to get a bit of advice before i put a torch to this motor.

I have an 04 shogun sport. Took it for mot on monday and failed due to completely knackered suspension. Springs in rear where broke and and shocks were duffed.
I bought a 2inch lift kit from jimnybits. New pro comp shocks and springs and new shocks for the front.
Installed all and now ride height is different in every corner. Torsion bar is fully adjusted and i have approx 10cm difference between the back and front. Drivers side rear sits at 97.5cm from bottom of wheel to mid arch and passenger side is 101.5 . Front driver is 87.5 and passenger is 91. Everything is in place as should be. Any ideas would be great.

The front is easy, just adjust the torsion bar on the side you want to adjust to, on the rear I'm not too sure, but where did you get the shocks?
