I've bought the Pajero Shogun Sport Classic 2.5td (2006), before I had Pajero Sport 2.5TD (2003) and I have a feeling that new one is stronger.
Engine has a smaller Intercooler etc., so I spot small difference in engine too.
I've checked a engine evolution there: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsubishi_Astron_engine
so I can see that from 2006 there were 115bhp, 136bhp and 178bhp engine versions, anyone know which engine is in mine ?

Engine number are: 4d56 t11a

Thanx
Marek

I believe its still 114bhp output for the Classic of that year like most Shogun Sports, however there is a rare 98bhp that was fitted to them but i don't know what Trim levels or years they were fitted to.

Mitsubishi UK Customer Services are normally very helpful. You could contact them for confirmation of the specification from the vehicle's VIN.
