Hi I have thread going on in the newbie section relating to starting issues , since trying to sort that out without success as yet another problem has come to light after the trip to the garage I use ,  they reconditioned my pump which was very costly ,it is a 2.8 lwb 1994 came back with hopefully the pump issue sorted, but was not impressed with the result the starting and running where far worse, but now suddenly I have lost overdrive all was fine before going to garage but know no overdrive, can anyone on this site give me no bullshit advice on where to look for this sudden secondary problem, plus I have lost my rev counter.
Many thanks

OD temp sender either faulty or disconnected. Its a single spade connector which you can connect to earth to bypass the sender, my 2.8 had a spare earth in the loom anyway so its a ten second fix but if you bypass just remember not to go at motorway speeds until she's warmed up.
