Hello All,
I've just taken ownership of a 2016 Pajero ( 3.8 V6 Petrol ) which sadly doesn't come with the Rockford system, it's a 'standard' set up. I've changed the head unit (stock Sat Nav system) as I wanted something with Apple Car Play. I've noticed that the sound system is pretty basic, and lacks a little depth, esp bass.

So, question - Do I just need to fit a sub and amp, or should I instead just upgrade the speakers all round? ( I'm in Saudi Arabia, so at times, its difficult just to fnd someone to give me some good solid advice - they just want to sell me something )

The problem so far, as that when enquiring about a subwoofer, they are all quite big units which would take up some boot space. I'm a but reluctant to do that. Hence, I was thinking of maybe just upgrading the speakers all around with ones taht could provide a good sound ( in bass). If this is the case, any speakers that peopel woudl recommend?

I usually stow away the third rwo of seats anyway, as I'd prefer more cargo space.
