But I cant find any other info how get this oil in to steering box.
Can it be?Or is the myth...

Its Dexron 2 and you syphon the bottle out and refill it with new oil, run for a few days and repeat, this dilutes the old oil with the new and you replace it a little at a time. |

So I thing there is a separate filling for steering box- for gear lube or something. From tat comes my worry. This was wrong asumption.
There is only filling is for steering pump circuit .
I now I am so curious, but, is DEX III so bad for steering? Its offer many suppliers as refill for steering. |

Its the power steering fluid that lubricates the steering box, there is no separate oil... |

The seals are not designed for Dexron 3 and can cause premature wear and early failure, this is why they specify Dexron 2. |

Hi everyone. New to forums and Mitsubishi. I have a 2012 Mitsubishi Shogun LWB. Im replacing fluids on front diff and power steering. Ive sourced diff oil through Internet and am considering going with FUCHS TITAN 4400. Im stuck however on the best fluid to use for my power steering. Anyone know what is best for long term for a healthy happy motor please? |

Fuchs 4400 is automatic transmission fluid and not a diff oil, it will trash the front diff in no time. |
