hey all! I'm new! yesterday i bought a '96 pajero junior 1.1 manual, after a lot of searching I've realised that parts are not as easy to find as i thought!!

my question is, what should i do to keep it alive? and what fluids should it be running? im happy to do full oil changes services etc, ive ordered a timing belt and tensioner for it but cant seem to find any details on what oils it should take etc.  also if there are any trick hints and tips im all ears as this is the first 4x4 ive ever owned ive been a classic mini nut up until now!

thanks all!!

As far as I know there is only one member still active on here that knows anything about that model.

I think it was only available here as a grey import - hence the problem with parts and information.

I don't think the Junior was actually made by Mitsubishi - so the oils could be completely different to the big trucks.

I've just done a search using the Search box at the top of this page - I typed in junior oil and got a few matches

One match here.
