Thank you Vinson I have an electrician checking out to get the vehicle on the road as soon as possible. Once done I will post a picture in the appropriate thread and share my experience with the new toy.

Problem solved a wire went bad under the fuse box and caused the short circuit. Now getting car buffed and installing 30mm wheel spacers . And time to enjoy the beast !!!

Great news.  
Hub bearings do not like large wheel offset.  At the same time, wheel bearings on Evo are different from all others.  And you won't be able to buy original ones in any auto store, they will definitely not be available.  Try not to cross the line at which the offset of the wheels will be considered - 5 -10, etc.  In addition, with negative wheel offset, the wheel bearing can jam without any signs at all.  - it is dangerous.
