What model/year, would be nice to know.

Find room to install a second battery, buy a new split charge relay and install, this means the batteries are not connected together and your main engine battery remains charged even if your second battery becomes discharged, and you can still start your engine which is important with an automatic.

Mount a second fusebox near to the battery and split electrical items you will be running with your engine stopped and wire them into your new fuseboard.
Pot an inline master fuse in your feed to the secondary fusebox as additional protection and carry spare fuses.

You can buy all these items from Vehicle Wiring Products.
