Help! Identify this side/position bulb holder (Mark 3)

I've been caught out by uniqueness! 2003 3.5 GDi Elegance (Mark 3 Facelift) is missing the offside-front side/position light - bulb, holder, and connector wire completely gone (snipped out by the looks of it).  I ordered a replacement headlamp loom but discovered the connectors are different to those on this vehicle so now I'm struggling to find what seems to be a rather unique twist-fit bulb-holder - if I can get that I can solder any connector onto the snipped loom tails to join it.

Unfortunately this vehicle has the Sports Headlamp Kit MZ312421 and the wiring loom is different to the standard headlamp.


The closest I've seen so far is a single illustration of replacing an Outlander position bulb:
