Hi all.
just thought I would ask... can a crank pully bolt be tightened too torque while all ancillary belts ar still in situ,
or will I have to take all belts off again.
Just fitted all new timing belt and balance belt along with all ancillary belts and rockers on it.
its a  a Mitsubishi shogun sport 2004 4d56.
drove 100 miles perfect but now has a oil leek.
I don't think I had tightened the bolt too its right torque settings and I think its worked loose.
thanks in advance...

Yes it can  Very Happy

But the bad news for you is a crank bolt that isn't tightened to the correct torque will not cause an oil leak  Sad
