Hi guys,
I have a problem with my 2009 shogun 3.2. I parked it for a month, and now I've tried to drive it, it won't go above 1200rpm. There's no check engine light on, and the engine shakes like it isn't getting enough fuel. I've tried plunging the black button on top of the fuel filter in the engine bay (when looking at engine bay its in the back right, on the bulkhead) and that hasn't helped. The car will move, but only goes 2mph as the engine bounces from 900 - 1200rpm with my foot flat to the floor. It has excessive white smoke out the exhaust, but the longer the car runs, the white smoke dies away, and it no longer smokes.
It didn't have any of these symptoms before, and drove absolutely great.
Do you have any idea what could cause this?
Thank you |
