I have the following i hand :
Pajero 2012 NW with 240.000 km on the clock, full service record. Sold from non- Mitsubishi dealer.

or

Pajero 2010 NT with 180.000 on the clock, full service record. Sold private.

both cars have full spec. with aircondition, navi, xenon headlights etc.

Both are equally priced

1) Buy the white one

2) to be more helpful - the 2012 has done more km per year, and a couple of years between them isn't going to make much difference in terms of what you get. I'd probably go for the 2010. Having said that, I'd get an inspection done on both before making a final decision.

Thanks for feedback. Ended up with the 2010 model. It had had a full antirust treatment this summer followed up from new, 4-wheel adjusted, new callipers, pads and brake disks.   Very well maintained. Wear out parts replaced continiously.

Have you done any upgrades on this car?

Since I don’t intend to do serious offroading, it will be unmodified.
Only upgrade concidered is a Webasto diesel heater for the comming Norwegian winter nights, and offcourse rust prevention with Fluid Film to protect it from the salty brine being used on the roads during the winter.
The car is sometimes used on bad gravel roads, sometimes covered with 10-30 cm of snow. So far the standard setup and proper winter tyres have proven good.
