Coolant leak by oil filter

I have a 94 SWB 2.8 Pajero and its losing coolant just in front of the oil filter.

It looks a little bit wet underneath the water pump, is it possible that the water is being pushed to the back of the engine from the viscous fan? Or is it more likely the oil cooler is leaking?

If I need to change the oil cooler gasket do I only need the gasket or are there any other O-rings worth changing at the same time?

I have a video of the issue but the forum wont let me post it.

A replacement waterpump (and seal) appears to have fixed the problem.
