hi lads,

first timer here so go easy!

in the process of front end caliper refresh.
ordered the rebuild kit from europe with new pins.
had to replace the caliper bolts also which i bought from milner
the thicker bolt (i think upper) is pretty much size for size with the middle of the pin that its supposed to go through.

Is it a press fit or is it supposed to be a sliding fit and the bolt is too big?

thanks

I ended up sticking the pin up on the lathe and drilled it out to 10.5.
Then with slight sanding of the bolt in the lathe she fits right in

The pin was too small so if anyone is considering getting a rebuild kit from euro4x4 consider that

They use two different sizes on the caliper, what often happens is people use aftermarket calipers from other vehicles which are identical in every way but the pin size, Toyota calipers are usually the culprit.
