You can use this in the transfer box but ensure it is new GL5 specification and not old GL5 fluid which has been stored as some of the original GL5 fluid caused issues with yellow metals so they altered the formula to stop it.

Thanks Assassin.so I can use 75/90 in all three boxes so long as the transfer box is GL5?.

Yes, I would look to buy new fluid and I get it in bulk from Opie Oils when they have a sale on like now.

Thanks, Assassin. I took a sample of the old oil to a garage and it seems that was ok. Looks like that can be crossed off as the fault of my gearbox woes.
