Retrofitted Pajero adjustable suspension on Shogun?

Quick question:-
So currently have an 04 Elegance. Previously had a 1993 Pajero.
The Pajero had the electronically adjustable suspension which was fantastic on mine, it came in really handy quite a few time. So can the suspension from from the Pajero be retrofitted to the MK3 Shogun? I've heard people state the adjustable suspension wasn't great, but I really liked it and want to look at getting it on my current Shoggy. The roads where I live are *beeb* terrible and getting worse. I dont really want or need the 'air suspension' and dont need to adjust the ride hight.
Any info on is it possible? is it possible without much *beep*?
Any idea of cost would be appreciated if it is possible.
