You are going to need to replace it.  No language options for those units

I have a 2002 Mitsubishi Pajero V75W with an old japanese radio and nav system which I do not need. Is there a good entertainment system I can replace it without damaging the appearance of the front panel and possible using the screens on the panel? I tried putting a different radio, the top screen is on without any information and is a disturbance at night giving extra light in the car.
