The fibreglass mouldings on our Compass are starting to look a little grubby.
Anyone got any suggestions on how I (notice how we went from 'Our' to 'I'')
can clean it up and keep it that way.
I've tried a few car cleaning products but not T-Cut. Not sure if I should use
that on coloured mouldings. None of them seem to make much difference..

Hi Vanner
There is a product made by Astonish and its in a non abrasive paste form
we got ours from Wilkinsons chain stores in Rochdale it costs about £3 and cleans all sorts of things, we used it all over our old avondale before we sold it and it came up like new

If you get cable tv in your area, try the shopping channels, there are absolutly shed loads of cleaning products at very good prices for sale on there, and if the ads are right they will clean anything |

Rob there is a product made especially for the job. It's called "Silky" you can get it from most caravan shops for only three or four quid. Lasts for years, never goes off, gets rid of tar stains, fly stains etc without apparently scratching the plastic. It looks like a solid paste in a tub, you just use a damp cloth. Hope this helps,
btw if you can't get any, let me know and i'll get it for you. |

Thanx gents, there's a few for me to go at there.
Don't mind the 'elbow grease' as long as it looks better when i've done..
