Do people honestly still use these? I haven't had one since about 1986 and gave it up because it was becoming overrun with morons and twits who were not capable of having a civil conversation.

Peeps use them for off roading, its a good way to keep in touch with the others out and about especially where mobys don't work. Another option is a PMR two way radio. 8)

I also want to fit a CB in my Paj

Had a look at varoius threads but still a bit unclear. How hard are they to wire in. I'm not too keen on cutting holes in wings/roof so is there any other way to mount the arial?

Thanks for all your help on my previous help - all my interior switches 9except the one for leccy mirrors) all light up lovely - what a site!

thanks

Hawaii

Forgot to mention last time

94 2.5TD LWB Exceed Green/Gold/Green EGR blocked, fuel pump adjusted - goes like stink - no smoke!!

they r easy to wire up blk n red lead put ciggy plug on it plug in to lighter or auxcilary plug in paj the hardest part would b rutting the coax for the ariel into the paj with out traping it in anything and ariel is easy depending on what u wanna youse u can get a mag mout for easy on and off the paj or a fixed gutter mount with quick realese on it so u can remove aireal leaving mount on paj or there r various other mounts u can get u could at 1 stage in the 80's get an electric ariel to use for cb and car radio
