I put the unit under the stereo in the cubby hole, although some put it in the tray between the front seats. Wired behind aux power socket in centre console so only works when ign on
I also have a gutter mount and fitted it behind the nearside rear door, fed the cable in under the door trim and along the roof, down behind the windscreen pillar and behind the centre console
Took a couple of hours to fit but no wires to be seen and looks well smart
Hope this helps

Yep!... same ere!
I have a small 'container thing' for change etc. with a flip-up door below my stereo. I simply sawed the back off it (to make room!) and mounted the rig inside. Now when I want to use the rig... I open the door and plug the mike in. When I've finished using the rig I close the door and... Hey, where did the rig go?? ... It's quite cool! 8)
I found a loose positive hanging out the stereo loom (which was nice!)
I have the twig on a gutter-mount above the rear OS door pillar. The coax is fed into the car between the door rubbers and then under the trim above the drivers door and down the pillar and under the dash... cute as a button and installed in about 2 hours.
Unfortunately there's no-one to talk to on it in Wigan except a bunch of gutter-mouthed rat-boys who lie in bed all day, 'skinning-up' every five minutes and bragging how many times they've been through someone called 'Gaynor'. |

Thanks for the advice cant wait to pick up my Pajero this week and get it all fitted up with all its new toys
Im fitting a new stereo at the same time so it will be ideal to get everything done in one go is there anything else I should be wary off when fitting it.
Anyway thx again for the advice. |
