Hi, just bought a 97 import mitsi challenger. I have a couple of queries that I hope someone can help me with. Firstly, the vehicle has been fitted with a kenwood sat nav system. It looks the nuts but only useful if I want to visit the takawoomi tower as it's all in Japanese!
It has a unit in the back which looks like a cd multi changer but can only hold one disk - namely the cd which contains all the maps! I spoke to kenwood about this and they told me that even if I could get a uk disk it wouldnt matter as it would still display in Japanese - truth or sales patter?
Next query, does anyone know where I might get my mitts on as challenger handbook - the manuals I got are obviously the same as the sat nav... now short of actually learning a whole new and infinately confusing language [then having to move out there to get the full use of my sat nav system] I am hoping one of you can save me the emigration costs --- please.....!

Hi and welcome. You may be best posting this in the challanger section also with your satnav many Paj owners have tried and failed with satnav systems it seems imposable to convert to uk spec so I guess it's rip out and start again.
