Does anyone know how to take the door winder handles off ?
I want to fit a set of alloy winder handles to my Lupo.
I think that they are secured by a clip like Vauxhalls are but I cannot see anything.

I think they are the same as on my Paj(yep,I got windey windows). They have an M shaped clip holding them on.Hold a cloth taut between your hands and wiggle it between the handle and the door trim.Hopefully the clip will come off.

Thats what I thought at first as some VW's are the same as Vauxhall fitments and I have a clip puller to do the job with. The problem is that I cannot see a clip and the handle barrel goes right into the trim which is very thick.
One person has suggested they are held on via a screw in the center and to take the outer cover off but I'm not sure Confused

Thanks. I found out how to do it. The new Volkswagons that have winder handles on either the front or rear doors can be removed by pulling the outer section of the arm as it slides off reveling the arm to be held on by a screw.

Have been looking for a Lupo forum but nothing came up when I searched. Cheers.
