Sent E:mail to Mitsubishi on 8th May am,Got a reply same day asking for vin number etc. sent all details back same day,got E:mail next day saying they would have to get in touch with Japan. Got a phone call a few days after to say it needed doing, Had it fixed yesterday 23rd at Nottingham. Took them 1 hour 15 mins from leaving it to phoning me to say it was ready. Good service and no problems after collecting it . Very Happy

Day 2........ 8) Had an e-mail this morning from a Mr Matt Neal saying that customer services are getting in contact with Japan with my details but it may take a little time to find out so could i be patient and wait for a reply. Very Happy

I thought this was very good service as my details have already been sent to Japan. Shocked

so as they say we must be patient Wink

did ring them but no news at that time .
got e-mail from Matt Neal on the 16 th june and mine has got a recall too for the pitman arm.
Just like to take this opotunity to say a very big thankyou to MATT NEALL at Customer services at Mitsi for all his help in this matter.
