They are 'BOTH' the winter one .they charge in tandem Mart if one goes down sadly it will drag the other one down and kill that Hope it hasn't for you

Often best to change both at the same time..... as said before, one dies, and often kills/damages the second.... lifetime of any battery is not unlimited, usually about 5 years, (give or take).
Listen to Nick, he knows what he is talking about ( Did I say that aloud?)...... well he does in this case anyway

Hi peeps,
i have a really silly question to ask, as this is my first pajero,and first 4x4, i'd just like to know why it has 2 batteries, i know it has a powerfull engine, but i've owned 3 ltr sports before that only had the normal 1 battery...........sorry...hehe..but had to ask...

Some do some dont Optional winter pack, look to see if you have an orange sticker on rear door, if you have then winter pack fitted, there are other things too, but variations on a theme, as options within options. thats why almost every Paj unique |

Firstly WELCOME The two bateries are part of a winter pack [it gets v cold in japan] in more temperate areas one can be dispensed with ensuring of course that no wires short. |
