Found this for a DIY- from -scrap -furniture- hog -roaster - anybody fancy giving it a go?  Laughing

http://www.beresford.me.uk/hogroaster/

I guess Jimmy's farm would provide a hog-roast - but probably for a cost a bit beyond our MM..  Shocked ?

I'm quite happy to busk if people want - perhaps with a hat for a Pocuk charity? might even persuade Mike to break out his guitar  Shocked if it's still got 12 strings on it.... also got 3 keyboards ( 1 very big, 1 large, and one small) ... Nick?  Very Happy there's always the grand piano... Laughing

Happy to help anyway I can -

I'm sure Redders looked into a trip to Jimmys farm and the cost was way out of most peoples price range  Shocked  Good idea but very expensive  Sad

For those staying at Banham you get to go round the zoo too so thats another option.

If you give me ideas of what you want to do I will look into it  Smile

I have just introduced Ginny to the idea of a geocaching POCUK treasure hunt ...  she will possibly develop the idea  ...so,  think about bringing little bits of treasure to swap .....

I will have PA and disco there - and, as I have also called the odd bingo night at the Local carnival, I'm quite happy to do the honours.

If anyone wants a gambling fix there is Greyhound racing at Yarmouth Stadium on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights and there is short oval racing on tuesday, thursday and sunday (sunday 12th is 1300 Stock Cars, Bangers, Historics - Saloon Stock Cars, F1’s & F2’s. start time 7pm - - - tuesday 14th, for the hangers on, is Stunt Mania inc. Reliant Robins, Banger Ramp Roll Over & Terry Grant. Ever seen anyone Banger race a Reliant Robin??)

Also, I can arrange a boat trip on the broads if people are interested?
