Yep that sounds like fun...not sure about pretty pink though.
Like tease...pref. stong with two sugars.

Ok,  who can bring what to the meet ...?   who wants to do/organise something ...?  - any ideas?  

previous items and ideas we have had are as below .....


Kit we may need ...

Gazebos - (some club kit) - but more is merrier
Lights -
disco
floor covering
furniture
bbq's
flag poles and pocuk flag (club kit)
Games etc for kids
games etc for adults
bouncy castle


things we could organise

buffet
bbq
kids food/party
kids treasure hunt
adult treasure hunt
quiz
kareoke er keroke er  sing-song !
video show for kids - films
vid show - laning
visits to local attractions
laning
off-roading
tug of war
team building ..

basically  -  this is just a start for you, to get you all thinking .....  please add to it, say if you can help/willing to do any of above, bring anything etc etc ...
