Hi Everyone

I've just converted my paj using a set of VOW2D hetaers and have taken a full set of photto's doing it.

Am also in the process of heating the diesel filter using 10mm copper pipe from the cooling system so should have that on photo in the next couple of days once the Turkey Settles. sad3

Happy to pass them on if anyone needs them Embarassed

I hope this works, here's the link to the photo's

http://www.esnips.com/web/VegetableOilHeaters

it's still in two parts, seems everyone sets a limit of about 10mb for uploads

Regards

were did you tap the pipe for the fuel filter into to ensure you get good flow ?

I've thought about this on the Delica but I think that would leave the fuel filter heater as my highest point on the cooling system.

Yep, youre right, it makes the fuel filter in the paj the highest point of the heating system aswell, but I believe that as the hot water rises it will travel up around the coil and when cooling will fall from the top of the coil back to the cooling system.

I have taken the pipe from the block which feeds the internal cab heater, put it straight into the 10mm copper, then out of the copper back into the internal cab heater.

It looks a bit cluttered on the Paj as there aint a lot of room in that area of the engine, dont know if the deli has more room?

No probs, just give me a day or so to finish the filter heater (kinked the first one whilst bending it so have to replace it) and I'll make them available

Cheers

Hi fellas

Have managed to get the photo's sorted out.
I've put them onto a slide show and will attempt to send you them through pocuck contact. If this fails, send me an email address and I'll email them to you.

Forgot to mention, hope you have got MS office on your pc's otherwise you wont be able to view the slide show.

Just in case you haven't used slide show before, cliclk on "slide show" in the menu bar at top of screen and select "view slideshow"

Hi Fellas

I've made a power point prentation out of the photo's.

Tried to email them to a member but was told by his host server that the file was too big. Have split the presentation into 2 seperate parts but still get same message. File sizes are 8.8 mb and 6.5 mb.

Is there any way that the club can upload these so that everyone who wants to can access them.

Regards

either upload to your webspace, and post the link to the file's location
or
upload to a file host server (there are loads of free ones available)

if you don't have webspace, try something like http://uk.geocities.yahoo.com/ or www.250free.com

hope this helps

Hi ukrabbiter

Tried both sites but one has a 5mb limit the other wants a monthly subscription. Will check to see if any others are free with a larger upload allowance. Thanks anyway
