what do you prefere a green lane run or a pay and play site
to get the ball rolling i do prefere a green lane run, for the simple reason that i like the whole thing of a starting point and a finishing point i like to see some country side as i drive allong and not just a load of churned up mud i also like the challenge of finding the routes 8) to me a pay & play site has nothing of any interest to me just driving up and down the same hills and water splashes that a hundred other people have done that same day
what your prefered offroading green lane or a pay & play |

Green Lanes for me
Go round and round in circles in a Quarry, muddy field doesn't appeal to me at all! |

but it aint all about going round in circles there is alot of skillfull and scary bits to do!
there is also a start point n finish point, i love it getting good at it so getting ready for the trails which are coming up and competitions,
i will leave the greenlanes to old people who just like to drive on bramblers paths! |

It's a particularly jaundiced view Steve - but then again, for some of us, putting our pajero up on its back end is more a failure we can't really afford rather than testing our car and our driving skills to the limit ...
Laning offers the best of all options, with the social side mixed perfectly with a variety of challenges from leafy lanes to hedonistic views to challenging 'steps' routes - everything from the skiing equivalent of yellow runs to 'off piste'.
Horses for courses I say - my preference (and vote) is for Laning 8)

I like a bit of both myself, pay and play for the challenge, you're not chewing a lane up if you need half a dozen attempts to progress over a tricky bit, and laning for a more relaxed drive with just that little bit of an edge, if you know what I mean 8) |

Well I am deffo a pay and play man, lanes just seem a tad tame after some of the sites I have been to but hey I can also see the attraction of lanes and do a little bit myself. |

My prefrence is laning, especially when your finding new routes, map reading and getting lost. Add a bit of mud and some good company and you got a good day out. |

im not sure i like playing in the mud and the pay and play places can become dull it depends whoose there and how many lawn rowers need pulling
green lanes again it depends where and with who
so for me as long as its muddy |

I like both, but my vote is for laning
with green lanes they are a social outing, take the whole family, meet friends old & new, visit places & see the world on your doorstep
and we get to see many views that many folk only dream of
pay & play is good for testing your mettle, and a challenge is always good, but it's like many things in life
you drive round the site, and look at the same hill for the tenth time, and you get the feeling of 'been there, done that' |
