Since the close of the pottery industry oatcakes are the only things of note that get exported from stoke.
Nick mentions them that much in the hopes if anyone googles oatcakes his name will be associated with every result and he will eventually get knighted for his contribution to industry. it should also be noted nick is the only person that exports oatcakes from stoke  and he has yet to make any profit on said exports.  Very Happy
