I'm just wondering if it's my name plate in the front screen, together with me arriving in a camo jacket (in a 4x4) |
Now come on,have you got pelts hanging from your bullbar as well
Must say I've never had any problems up to now,not that it would bother me.
I did have a lady slam her door onto my Paj the other week in a car park, she did apologise when she saw my scowl though

This is one of many threads I don't get . Why would people object to children being carried in an offroader? Also as to using them near schools what is the problem. Visibility between cars is better so they are safer for kids running around. Could you guys please explain what I am missing here as to peoples objections? |

The objectors reckon because we have bigger engines we are kicking out more harmful fumes
and because these motors are 'bigger than cars' children may not be seen by passing motorists as they run out from between parked vehicles
It's nothing more than ignorance, and prejudice
It's OK to take a child to school in 3.5lt box luton van, or an 8mpg car, but not in a 4x4 |

Nick you bad man that confused me even more, never heard of the guy
Thanks Andy that explains it, I get the angle now. Sad, some people need to look for real and worthwhile issues to vent their internal stresses on. |
