always makes me laugh when i read people in the canada/the states run pajeros!

you got the cheapest fuel ! go buy a huge petrol v8 and have some fun while you still can!
I just cant afford to run the likes of my old dodge 7.0 big block pick up truck these days..£5 per gallon for petrol?

when gasoline hits $10 per gallon you might consider a more mpg friendly mode of transport..till then enjoy it!
he aint wrong you know Laughing

Heh I do have a V8 Razz it even takes 91 Octane

91 is at $1.30/L which is $5.90/Gal or $4.92/US Gal
Diesel is $0.90 which is $4.09/gal or $3.41/US Gal

I ran some numbers...
For my car to make a run to the city and back - $76.21 with the Paj numbers posted about it would be $43.79....

Also I don't make that much money... well comparitively... Gas jockeys make as much as I do... but once the boom ends... then I'll be good again...

The Paj would be just a hair more costly on fuel than my wife's car - Dodge Neon - High output 2.0L Gasser with a OD of .84 and diff of 3.94 - same trip above in my wife's car(which also uses 91 octane) - $42.77

I also haul stuff, but not enough to justify the cost of a full size truck with a diesel and a gasser.. yeah, umm no.

Well we don't call it Veg oil over here... some people run Bio Diesel it's processed used veg/canola cooking oil from fast food joints.

I don't think it's commercially available, people make their own if they want it.

We don't have 98 Octane.. highest you can get here is 94(without going to avgas) and it's rare.  That's not quite as bad as yours.. 94 is about $1.35/L
