I`m sure they will carry on dipping. people running on cherry is still a serious thing!

even before the use of veg oil, they could randomly stop you and dip for red
why would they stop?
there's only been a change for small producers of bio-diesel
red is still illegal to use on the road
and they'll still throw the book at you
