Vertical task bar! I don't like it! and can't change it!

Can anyone help?

My task bar is now sitting verticaly on the right hand side of the screen. It did it when I was trying to adjust the size of another program.

It has done it before but some how I managed to get it to move to 'accross the top' to 'down the left had side' and then  back to the bottom.

I can't seem to move it at all now!  Its really annoying me!

Can anyone help?

You can just click on it and drag to wherever you want. If it doesn't move then right click on it and remove the check mark by "lock toolbar ". When you put it where you want you can then right click and lock it and it cannot be moved until you unlock it.

Bloody hell I am an IDIOT!

I've been trying to move it for hours!

It only works if you click in the middle... i'd been clicking on the top, bottom and the edge but not the middle!

Thanks mimauk.

It was really starting to anoy me.
