Hi, if you read in the events section you will see previous mega-meets and what to expect....however this years will be slightly different because, most of the entertainment will be "laid on" by blue dolphin......some members are taking caravans and tents and there will be bbqs and get togethers etc, but also some members have booked static caravans so they may be in a different area to the rest of us....but rest assured we will have a meeting/drinking area or take over one of the bars onsite Very Happy

if your planning on staying over then you will need to book direct with the site either caravan/tent or static.....im not too sure about day visitors

I've made arrangements to have our own gazebo area in the touring vans section  - has meant booking a couple of extra pitches - so in this respect it can be as per usual if we like .... Laughing

....  once they re-open, i'll get in touch with my contact there, and go through the static bookings with her - which may mean getting folks booking refs off them   - if they can PM them to me please, with their real name and pocuk name,  and we'll try and get everyone in same area.

there's tons of things to do on-site,  and tons in the area,  plus laning,  or langdale quest , or even a landy show   Shocked

i'll get on the case in a short while  - am doing tons of planning for the Settle Festival at the moment, hoping to get the licence next thursday ....  there we WILL be needing some help in exchange for tickets!

hope this helps tony,

all the best
