Can anyone tell me if the steering box and idler arm is the same on LHD as RHD (are they the same parts??)

The steering has become very erratic and wandering all over...thought it might be the steering box but just saw the post about the pitman arm.... any help appreciated !!

can anyone help with a bit of info please
my pajero had a problem with the streering wheel had a lot of play in it so i put it down to having worn tyres had them done its still was the same took it to a garage and they told me the bearing had gone ig the steering colum as you could move the wheel up down left and right as if the bolt was loose so i has that done and i am still getting the shacking of the steering wheel as if the tyre are worn on the inside rim but there not can any one help please  Rolling Eyes

hi can anyone help i have a pajero 1997 snow athlete the pitman arm has sheered off is there a recall on this
