trailer tent insurance

hi all,just wondering is it worthwhile insuring my combi camper trailer tent thingy, it only cost £150 but is in good condition.

is it law to insure it or does my car insurance cover it Question

Same as a caravan really bud, if it gets nicked you lose, if it gets damaged you lose/pay, if it comes off when you are towing it then i'm sure car covers any 3rd party damage (as long as you have informed your ins of intention to tow it), if you think it would be a lot more to replace (£150) then insure it, it will be ridicously cheap, prolly about £20-30, if you get fully comp on it for that price, then any accidents like tears n stuff should be covered....on other hand, I would prolly just not bother if it was only £150...a few years insurance would get you a new one  Confused ...still, you pays yer money n takes yer chances.

PS.
    Andy (UKR) has a rite nice one imho, ask him if he insures or wot, I think it would need to be fully dried out too before stowing it away, or it will get mildew/rot, you could do this at home tho.
