As above.
I have a swb MK2 Paj 2.8 with (I think) a 50 litre tank, and my usage is usually 30/40mph limits
on wider, more 'flowing' road, with an occasional short dual carriageway run thrown in, and a bit of stop/start traffic around town.

I run it on a 50/50 mix of veg oil and diesel.

I currently get a max of about 240 miles to a tank.

What do you get?

Cheers,
Chris.

Can't be right for mine.  Confused
Last time it was on empty, right at the bottom of the red mark, I put 25 litres of veg oil in (it was in individual bottles) and also 25 litres of diesel at the pump,
and it was brimmed right to the top of the tank and spitting out of the filler - so that's 50 litres.

Weird.  Confused

Cheers,
Chris.

There surely cannot be that much left once it's in the red? I don't want to test it by running it out of fuel, as that means it'll get cra.p in the
system and I'd have to possibly bleed the air out.
Cheers
Chris.

LWB which has 92L Tank,i am sure the maual says 9 litres reserve is red light on so 2gal from light and 19.5g tank(92L)i vary as Ewan,on a mainly motorway run i will see between 300-320 ish.On average thanks to school runs Twisted Evil its between 250-300.As with Ewan i have muds.crate etc which wont help the breeze block dynamics Laughing then again if i wanted frugal i would not be driving it.LPG is always an option for me BUT the cost and on av 5-7k a year there is not much in it.Most SWB have 72-75L tanks(according to mitsi manual)and LWB 92L although derv/petrol can vary slightly.

I have not heard of a 50L tank tbh, maybe your fuel light comes on early.Dont forget you have 33" tyres and a lift so will never be as good as a standard truck Chris,MPG wise

My MK1 Paj 2.5 did 90 miles on £20 diesel at £1.36 per litre,

so thats 14.7 litres = 3.23 gallons = 27.86mpg (I haven't serviced it yet)

Is that roughly what I should expect??

Have you done anything to your Paj in order to run a 50/50 mix or do you just hoof it in with the fuel?
