|
|
OK folks .....
here is the start of a list of what folks could bring to lend into the communal area at mega meet .....
eg, tables, chairs, serving dishes, serving spoons etc, music, disco lights, music act, comedy act, lights, power leads, bbq's, charcoal, disposable plates etc etc etc ..
balloons, funny hats, heaters, candles, kids activities, etc etc
general DIY stuff, - string, duck tape, gaffa tape, cable ties, ropes, tools,
the list is endless...
the fun will go on ...
we also need folks to "dig in and help" as well ....... mega meet is a big coming together of everyone's resources...
ok, post below what you could bring, from the list above, or any other bright ideas ....
i'll compile a list of who's bringing what ... then, closer to the time, will produce a "hit list" of items we really need that we haven't found yet ....
so,
who's first ....?
Foodie Stuff
Tazbabe - disposable plates and cutlery
Ang, Big Al's better bits, - a few packs of coffee/chocolate/tea that you can get from poundland etc so they can sit by the water boiler for anyone to get a quick cuppa?
Black rubbish bags?
Equipment
big j - some lights , and an extension lead
pajmanAl - ropes etc to tie down gazebo's etc
rabbiter - table, water boiler

I am more than happy, nearer the time, to be assigned the bringing of something that has not yet been organised... might be limited on space what with two kids... yeah I know it's a LWB but have you seen how much room a child's buggy takes up? And four changes of clothes per hour? LOL |

whats happening with main food or steak?
whos paying for it?
in our makro there was a massive chunk of steak that could easily feed 50+ for about £40
are we all just chipping in or whats the plan?
we could buy it and sort the cash out when we get there? |
