Hi All,
Just had my rear three windows tinted with Limo Black, excellent job, the chap came to my home and carried out the job within 1/1/2 hours, you would not believe the difference that it makes to the ambiance of the truck. These chaps cover the whole S/E England and are willing to come to you either at home or Work place, good rates too, if any other Member is interested they trade under Guardiantints Phone No 07799 626620. They offer all shades of tint, very nice people to deal with too, nothing is too much trouble, They even put me a 6 inch Sun strip on the front windscreen for a small concideration too.

What sort of price did you pay for the tinting, if you don't mind me asking? |

Duncan_the_dog,
why do you want to know, you are not down here in Kent
as they only cover the S East Area.

I'm guessing it's so he can make a comparison to the prices he's likely to be quoted! |

Judging by his tone, very much doubt it.
For a LWB Paj, all rearward windows Limo Black'd and the front windows with a sunstrip in the windscreen, I have been quoted £230 including the removal of the old original mirrored stuff. |

ESSEX / SUFFOLK area.
Got a quote for my SWB. 5 windows. 25% tint on front sides & 85% on rear sides and back window.
Very helpful chap, helped me decide & understand what I wanted (i didn't want it totally black on the back & rear sides but wasn't sure how dark to go & what was legal).
Explained how they do it - He said they actually take the windows out to do it! They do a lot of work for the local OEM dealers, as well as glass in buildings.
£240inc vat - which I thought was quite reasonable... so it is booked in for Thursday. (price may be lower cos it is a weekday)
They are Pentagon glass- tech in Manningtree. http://www.angliatint.co.uk/index.html
Will let you know how it goes... Just got to find something to do for 4hrs in Manningtree! |

Hard as I tried... I can't fault them or their work at all
I also decided I wanted a sunstrip done when I turned up - extra £20. (proper curve with screen)
All done in 2 hrs (phoned when it was done)... absolutely no faults at all... no dust, no bubbles, no creases, no marks from old stickers (Jap tax & Zebart) - if it wasn't for the slight scratches on the glass from laneing it would look like they had totaly replaced the glass.
It looks the NUTS!
They do all the vehicles for the local RaRo dealers... so lots of practice to A1 standards.
It is also garenteed for 5yrs (I think - cant remember now,could be 2 or 3) |
