What do the lower rad mounts look like and are they attached to the front cross member or the chassis?  When I got my l200 it had a pajero rad bodged in it and there are no lower mounts at all. I would like to know what it looks like so I can weld up the front end.

Yes, two lower radiator mounts are attached the the crossmember. What model of L200 do you have? I have a 2002 4life model which has a shorter radiator than the newer animals (05-07 models).

The mounts accomodate the 2 pins/knobs that protrude from the bottom of the radiator. So it is basically a piece of sheet metal bent into an L shape with a 3/4'' hole with rubber mounts. I will have a look at some of my photos to see if i can show you better. If you can wait a few days i can get photos of my old cross member and mounts that i still have in the garage.
