Confused

I am not sure I followed everything well, but is there a known issue with the kick-down?

As mentioned elsewhere, I just got a 3.5 GDi and it does not seem to kick down.  Evil or Very Mad

That being said, it changes up and down well. Accelerate gently on the motorway and it goes down a gear, accelerates and shifts back up when you lift off. So no real issue there.

Normal?

PS: I need to say that this is my first 4x4. So far I have always driven saloon cars and the only other cars in the household that have an autobox are german V8's of 367 and 525bhp. So maybe I got the wrong expectation?  Confused
