Just letting anyone interested now procomp is under new managment. The new guy seems far more honest than the last owners and when I rang on monday about the replacment I have been promised for about the last 6 months instead of getting lies and excuses like I did from the last owners I got told they will be with me this week and he would ring me when they have been sent to me. Well I got the phone call today saying they had left him ond on there way to me Apparently the last owners ran into financial difficulty. With a bit of luck procomp will be a company worth recomending again, lets hope so |

No not a good start, but there is a glimmer of hope, he says he has the correct ones in his warehouse and will ring us when he has picked them up (his warehouse is not near his office) toomorrow and I will go and pick them up. The wrong ones he sent me were sent out last wednesday and only got them today ( because there was a big c**k up at his end when they were originally sent out) |

So it looks like the new lot are going to be the same waste of space as the original bunch.
When I had trouble getting hold of Procomps before, I bought KYB gas in the end. I couldn't wait for ever. Seem to recall someone else at the time buying the KYB adjustables. Can't say I heard any complaints about KYBs, but didn't have the LWB mine were fitted too long enough to comment on their durability. |

well some more time has passed and a few more promises broken and still no shocks. The latest excuse, the courier is having a problem getting a truck with a tail lift I am told I should be able to pick them up on Friday, ye right, they ever heard of hand balling them off the truck, I had to do it sometimes when I did multi drops |

I must admit when I've dealt with them in the past they have been very good with the deliveries. The only problem I ever had was with the product itself. It was carp! Very soft and bouncy ride. Just my experience of course. |

They may well have given you the wrong shocks, that the problem I have had the 2 times they sent me replacments, Been trying to get the correct one since about january. The ones they have sent me so far ( the wrong ones ) have been too soft and bouncy. Maybe if thats what they have in then thats what they send you |

The new guy - Richard - is that Richard Fraser - who used to 'run' the company and is now, (since the start of October), the current owner of the company?
I suppose that could explain a thing or two ... leopards / spots etc ...
Mind you - maybe he's just been left with an unholy mess by the previous owner(s) and he's still got plenty of 'sorting out' to do
Maybe it's a different Richard
