The final details have been sorted for Chillin 2009  

Its to be held over the weekend 17th and 18th of April, which falls on the last weekend of the easter hols for most kids.

There's no need to change the venue for this very popular meet and its very much the same format as previous years

Prices are £13 per pitch per night regardless if you need EHU or not,

If you fancy an extended break we can get on site from the wednesday onwards,there is a rallie the weekend befor so we cant get in any earlier.

A £10 deposit is needed to reserve your pitch  Payments can be made via paypal to jjfarr@aol.com or by cheque,send me a PM and I'll give you the address
If you are paying by paypal please add on the 57p paypal fee too and a little note with your username please
The remainder to be paid to me when you arrive on site  

As i said before its very much the same as previous years, this is an event for everyone from a newbie,oldie, shiny,muddy and anyone who doesn't fit in any of those catagories Everybody is welcome to pop in and show your face for an hour,a day or stop for the social of an evening

Saturday we have again managed to secure "Coney Green" off road site for our personal use
Matt,Buffallos Neph, is a regular at coney green and is managing that side of the meet

AND talking about social evenings,Friday night is a chillout and time to put names to faces and meet friends old and new

BUT

Saturday night is a bit of a change from the past because a liitle bird tells me that Big j is the big 50
So i thought we could dress up in fancy dress

Any characters from the TV/movies will do, it doesn't need to cost much.i thought a 50th party in the marquee should be a good laugh
The evening will start with the usual communial BBQ, a game of bingo then we switch the music up a litlle.

As with last year I will ask for a club donation, after all we couldn't have these great meets if POCUK wasn't here
