so I saw a similar set up on youtube had some spare 18mm MDF sheet thought I would have ago not too bad, took the original storage flap out to accommodate the boxing  the cooler box and saved a lot of space so the pouch can be nice and comfortable on long trips(not the wife) .

also had ago at spraying the wheels which I will put on later today should be writing out test certs for work at the mo but not feeling it today
